At the end of this unit you will:
- have tried out ways of introducing students to historic examples of scientific developments that happened across the world;
- have considered criteria for successful teaching and learning in the global dimension of science;
- have analysed, tested and evaluated the learning from an activity for 14-16 year-olds (KS4) that incorporates the global dimension;
- have used a newspaper, magazine or website article to devise a global science activity that has the potential to deliver relative to the science curriculum for 11-14 year olds; and have evaluated the success of the activity in terms of meeting the curriculum need and delivering the global dimension.
